Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Cross Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Spokane. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
