Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Rowan Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Minneapolis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
