Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Quarry Energy Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
