Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Amberfield Willow Pharma is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 209 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
