Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Cedar Hollow Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Nashville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
