Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Associates is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
