Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Pike Insurance is an insurance company in San Jose with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
