Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Timber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Miami producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
