Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Fernwood Holdings is an inspection company in Baltimore with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
