Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Tampa serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 727 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
