Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Cleveland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 533 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
