Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight Fox Insurance Group is an insurance company in Madison with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
