Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Boston with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
