Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Wren Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Denver, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
