Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Harbor Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
