Harborlight Umber Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
