Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Foxglove Bright Construction is a Fresno contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
