Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Vale Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 999 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
