Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Stonegate Ashton Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
