Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Silverline River Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
