Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Stonegate Willow Construction is a San Antonio contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
