Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Wichita. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
