Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Drift Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
