Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Summit Basin Foods Group is a Albuquerque food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
