Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Stonegate Orchard Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Jose. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
