Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Columbus working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
