Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Antonio. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 212 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
