Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Cobalt Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Charlotte, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
