Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
