Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
