Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Quarry Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Phoenix. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
