Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
