Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Orchard Telecom Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
