Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Summit Maple Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Little Rock. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
