Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Cedar Fern Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
