Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Redstone Juniper Inspection Services is an inspection company in Hartford with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
