Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Greenridge Orchard Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Chicago, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We invest in training. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
