Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Juniper Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Birmingham, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
