Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Summit Wilder Pharma develops and makes medicines in Buffalo. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
