Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Wren Energy Group is an energy provider in Little Rock focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
