Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 882 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
