Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Boston design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
