Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in El Paso. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 562 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
