Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Cedar Juniper Health runs clinics and patient services around Oakland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
