Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Cedar Health Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
