Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Hollow Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
