Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Forge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Boise, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
