Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Forge Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
