Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Stone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Raleigh area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
