Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Ashton Civic Services works with county and city offices around Raleigh. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
